Stephan Thomas brings more than 25 years of restaurant operations and multi-unit leadership to commercial real estate, including more than 20 restaurant openings. That experience gives him an operator's view of site selection, market evaluation and lease negotiation. He specializes in retail and restaurant real estate across South Carolina, focused on the Upstate and Midlands, representing tenants and landlords in leasing, subleasing, sales and investment.

Stephan serves as 2026 Chair of the Fountain Inn Chamber of Commerce, Secretary of the Rotary Club of Fountain Inn, a board member of the Center for Community Services and a member of the City of Fountain Inn Board of Zoning Appeals.
